La cuenta regresiva para la temporada de los Premios Emmy 2025 ha comenzado oficialmente con el anuncio de los nominados.
Harvey Guillén (estrella de What We Do in the Shadows) y Brenda Song (Running Point) fueron los encargados de revelar las producciones y talentos que competirán por el máximo galardón de la televisión.
Destacados en drama y comedia
Este año, el panorama televisivo ha sido particularmente fuerte, con varias series obteniendo un alto número de reconocimientos.
En las categorías de drama, la serie de Apple TV+ “Severance” se posiciona como la líder indiscutible con 27 nominaciones, la mayor cantidad para cualquier programa este año.
Le siguen de cerca “The White Lotus” y “The Last of Us”, ambas con una fuerte presencia en la lista. En el ámbito de la comedia, “The Studio”, “Hacks” y “El Oso” se llevaron los primeros lugares en nominaciones.
Series limitadas y logros individuales
En el formato de series limitadas o antológicas, “El Pingüino” capturó 24 nominaciones, mientras que “Adolescencia” consiguió 13, consolidándose como producciones destacadas en sus respectivas categorías.
Individualmente, la lista de actores nominados incluye a figuras reconocidas y talentos emergentes. En drama, Adam Scott (Severance), Pedro Pascal (The Last of Us), y Noah Wyle (The Pitt) se encuentran entre los destacados.
Por el lado femenino, Kathy Bates hizo historia al convertirse en la actriz más longeva nominada en la categoría de Actriz Principal Destacada en una Serie Dramática por su trabajo en Matlock.
Gala de premiación
La 77ª edición de los Premios Emmy se celebrará el domingo 14 de septiembre de 2025 en el Peacock Theater de Los Ángeles. La ceremonia será transmitida en vivo por CBS y estará disponible para retransmisión a través de Paramount+.
El comediante Nate Bargatze será el anfitrión de la noche, prometiendo una velada llena de entretenimiento y reconocimiento a la excelencia televisiva.
